In addition, this situation has resulted in an early end of sale (EOS) for the Netgate 3100. We have an exciting replacement product ready, but component availability has caused a delay.
These are clearly uncertain times. Component and subsystem shortages have led to rapid and steep cost changes. Manufacturers are struggling to spool up after the 2020-2021 pandemic, and new virus mutations may continue to impede progress for some time. Transit pipelines and vessels are extraordinarily jammed.
