    To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to: 

    • Make informed design decisions based on an understanding of our customers and competitive landscape to optimize communication and user experience
    • Generate and maintain a consistent visual brand
    • Conceptualize and build a website
    • Create assets like infographics, ad images, Instagram posts, YouTube videos, Google Slides templates, and more
    • Keep assets organized and accessible
    • Collaborate creatively with many different people
    • Manage expectations of multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines

    Impact You Will Have

    As a Graphic/UX Designer at Netgate, you will: 

    • Lead the development of Netgate’s new brand aesthetic 
    • Take ownership of the company’s visual identity 
    • Collaborate closely with all members of the marketing team to turn ideas into reality

    Success in the First 6 Months Looks Like…

    After your first 6 months at Netgate, you will have:

    • Completed a 30-60-90 day plan 
    • Developed a preliminary understanding of Netgate’s customers, industry, market, and product and presented your findings
    • Updated our visual brand guidelines 
    • Wireframed and built a new website in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team
