    Position Overview

    The 1C Enterprise ERP Developer is responsible for assisting the Director of Finance and 1C Development Team with all things related to the development, management and administration of Netgate’s 1C Enterprise ERP system. This role requires methodical, analytical, organizational and administrative skill coupled with efficiency, ability to build to Best Practices and tolerance of volatile workload. This position maintains the integrity of the ERP system while maintaining accurate system records and performance.

    Primary Responsibilities

    During the first three to six months of employment, this employee assist the Director of Finance with:

    • Audit existing 1C implementation for effectiveness, efficiency and best practices
    • Continue implementation efforts of 1C system – GL, Inventory, Purchasing, A/P, A/R and Reporting
    • Gain understanding and skill in monitoring Netgate’s 1C processes for issues
    • Work closely with Director of Finance and IT on manufacturing and financial analytics as well as system integrity
    • Management dashboards

    Additional duties will include (but are not limited to):

    • Assist with system data clean up and reconciliation;
    • Work with engineering resource to appropriately document 1C system in correct repository
    • Assist with additional phases of 1C implementation
    • Perform, maintain and document system audits on regular cadence
    • Maintain clear and accurate system documents and procedures for reference and training purposes
    • Assist with system upgrades and licensing maintenance
    • Other duties as assigned

    Backup Roles

    • Vacation coverage for other staff in same reporting sector

    Minimum Requirements

    • Strong experience in 1C development and implementation
    • Experience with 1C dashboards
    • 2-3 years 1C experience
    • Proven experience at system reconciliation and audit
    • Knowledge of general accounting practices and functions
    • Knowledge of general accounting reporting
    • Advanced working ability in Excel/Google Sheets, Word and PowerPoint
    • Ability to focus and meet deadlines
    • Demonstrated professionalism – the ability to be empathetic, accurate, responsive, resourceful, patient, tolerant and conscientious
    • Demonstrated drive to perform accurately, efficiently and on target
    • Demonstrated ability to work well in team environment
    • Ability to work effectively and responsibly while unsupervised with a superior work ethic
    • Ability to operate a computer workstation and standard office equipment
    • Possess superior organizational and communication skills (Netgate conducts all business operations in English)
    • Possess superior customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

    Additional Desired Skills

    • Manufacturing or cost accounting experience
    • Bilingual English/Russian preferred
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
