Job Overview

Negate is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a HubSpot and Web Development Administrator and Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform, including website maintenance, data integrity, and automation workflows. You will oversee the development and maintenance of web and landing pages, ensure optimal website performance, and implement updates to improve user experience. Additionally, you will lead SEO initiatives, conduct keyword research, and develop strategies to increase organic search traffic. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, you will manage lead generation processes, analyze campaign performance, and create insightful reports on key performance indicators. Proficiency in web development technologies, HubSpot management, SEO best practices, and data analysis tools is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in web development and a strong ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Management:

    • Strategic and tactical ownership of workflows through HubSpot, including developing its capabilities to support sales, marketing, and business operations.
       
      • Website Support:
        • Manage the HubSpot-based website and web templates.
        • Build web and landing pages.
        • Ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of websites.
        • Implement updates, including content changes, design modifications, and feature additions.
        • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting website functionality.
        • Conduct regular website audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
      • Reporting:
        • Use strong analytical and reporting skills to provide timely, informative, and accurate HubSpot dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and support.
        • Monitor website performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
      • Data Integrity/System Management:
        • Establish processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and perform data migration/cleansing projects as needed.
        • Work with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Support to ensure data integrity within HubSpot, including companies, contacts, deals, and tickets.
        • Oversee the creation and management of HubSpot properties on contact, company, ticket, and deal records.
        • Maintain ongoing communications with HubSpot account management and support for system updates, support, best practices, and product releases.
        • Oversee user access and permissions, determining appropriate roles and teams for all users.
      • Automation:
        • Build best practice automation workflows.
        • Work closely with the IT/SRE team to perform needed integrations with Shopify, ProdTrack, and other internal/external systems.
      • Campaigns:
        • Collaborate with Product and Outbound Marketing to build successful marketing campaigns, including A/B testing.
      • Support:
        • Lead efforts to support Marketing, Sales, and Support teams with HubSpot knowledge and training.

    SEO Improvement:

    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic search traffic.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and headers to improve search engine rankings.
    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance website visibility.

    Marketing Process Management:

    • Oversee, optimize, and monitor lead generation and nurturing processes.
    • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, lead conversions, and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze website and marketing data.
    • Generate insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

  • Expertise in HubSpot content and marketing hubs, including reporting and dashboard management.
  • Strong proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in web development and HubSpot administration.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing websites.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $110,000 DOE + bonus + benefits. When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected minimum and maximum hiring range for new hires in U.S. locations. Compensation details reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the work location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range based on their U.S. hiring location. The manager can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.
