In order to keep prices low, the software is not bundled with a support subscription. For users who need professional support from the pfSense team, or who need to purchase additoinal incidents for their pfSense virtual appliance, support incidents can be purchased at https://portal.pfsense.org/members/signup/netgate-aws-support/

Support incidents are valid for one year from date of purchase or until exhausted.
