Simply place an online order, select the Check / Money Order / Wire Transfer option, then Phone or FAX us with:

• The printed copy of your order confirmation page, or your Order Number and name.
• A copy of the front and back of your credit card along with the number and expiration date written or typed in case we cannot read it from the card.
